Dr. Gant is an independent consultant specializing in organizational development, workforce analysis and forecasting, strategic planning, workforce and career development, customer service, teambuilding, knowledge management, re-engineering processes and organizational development. Her career expands the globe; she has worked and traveled in Japan, England, Italy, China, Central and Eastern Europe, Australia, and South Africa. As the Chief Executive Officer/Principal, Five Star Consulting, LLC. Dr. Gant is a motivational keynote speaker and a dynamic proven change agent. Her clients have included Pratt & Whitney, Sikorsky Aircraft, Delmar Systems, Inc.and Hamilton Sundstrand, federal and local government agencies including the National Institutes of Health-Federal Women’s Program, National Blacks in Government Association, University of Central Florida-Diversity Program. She has worked with Working Mother Media, Inc. Advisory Board, New York City; the board consisted of senior managers from a variety of Fortune 500 Companies. She assisted in identifying criteria to select the best 100 companies for women. Dr. Gant was a consultant in the Business School at the University Wisconsin-Madison and Visiting Scholar at Trinity University (DC) in International Affairs.
